Payment
All amounts stated on the website are shown in the selected currency (DKK or EUR), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.
Burralli ApS accepts online payments with: [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online]. We do not charge any transaction fees for your purchase.
Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Burralli ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.
Delivery
We deliver goods within the EU. The delivery time for your order is normally 1-3 working days for deliveries within Denmark. The delivery time for your order is up to 5-7 working days for deliveries within the EU. For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the item will be shipped on the first working day. For orders placed on weekdays before 5 p.m., the item will be shipped the same day.
In special cases where delivery times are extended, we will notify you by email. All goods are delivered using the delivery method selected at checkout and are insured during transport. The price of delivery costs is shown at checkout and depends on the selected delivery method.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased from our webshop in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return costs, and you are free to choose your own carrier.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after you have received the item. The item is considered received when it has been delivered to your address or selected parcel shop/parcel box. You must return the item no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase.
The notification must be sent by email to hello@burralli.com, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
You may examine the item in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the item’s depreciation. Burralli ApS will assess whether the item’s condition has deteriorated upon receipt of the item.

Refund of purchase price
We will refund the full purchase price, excl. delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we have received notification of your cancellation. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Right of complaint
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a two-year right to complain if the item is faulty. A fault exists if the item does not comply with the agreement.
In the event of defects, Burralli ApS has the right to choose between repair or replacement, unless this is impossible or entails disproportionate costs for the company.
Remedial action must be taken within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you as a customer. Burralli ApS will bear all costs associated with the remedial action, including transport, labour and material costs.
If the remedy cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, or if repeated attempts at remedy do not resolve the defect, you as a customer may demand a price reduction or cancel the purchase in accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered or should have discovered the defect. Complaints made no later than 1 months after the defect is discovered are always considered timely.
The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Burralli ApS will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.

Personal data policy
As data controller, we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The basis for processing is the fulfilment of an agreement. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and transfer your personal data, as well as the right to restrict processing.
We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our freight handling, which has not been developed by Burralli ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless it is necessary to complete orders.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to find a solution together, you can use one of the following options to complain:

Force majeure
Burralli ApS is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil the agreement if this is due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, government intervention or other force majeure situations.
In such circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible about the situation and the expected delay.
